  • Irritating supplements? L-tyrosine, Rhodiola, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Mucuna Extract

Curious if anyone has any experiences with these:

L-tyrosine, Rhodiola, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Mucuna Extract

Interested in these as a natural way to help with mood and mild ADD, since stimulants are obviously out

Tried Black cohosh for hot flashes and turned out to be a big no for me...made my hormone flares worse!

Diagnosed with IC in 2005, PFD in 2016. My sister has had IC for 21 years and our mother over 30. 66 years of bladder fun combined!

I haven't taken any of those --- if you opt to try then, please try only one at a time. That way you can identify which ones either help --- or don't.

    Stay safe
