    Curious if anyone has any experiences with these:

    L-tyrosine, Rhodiola, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Mucuna Extract

    Interested in these as a natural way to help with mood and mild ADD, since stimulants are obviously out

    Tried Black cohosh for hot flashes and turned out to be a big no for me...made my hormone flares worse!
