    diet

I know that it is hard but you have to stick with the ic diet, eating pecan pie alone problably gave you the flare.

Just wondering if maybe I got a bad batch, or maybe they really aren't doing anything for me.

I guess I should tell you what I ate: On Christmas Eve, I had a piece of Pecan Pie (ya, I know it's loaded with sugar), Home made sugar cookes, pretzels w/a chocolate Rolo and Pecan on top, Pumpkin Pie, Stuffing with Uncle Ben's Rice, Corn with a Cream sauce, small piece of Prime Rib. I know, I ate bad, but I did take Prelief.

    Thanks!
    Anyone?
