I have not been formally diagnosed with IC but have had urgency/freuquency (particularly at night) for the past few years. I had the same problem about 10 years ago which stopped after biofeedback but that hasn't helped much this time. I have done several courses of PT.
A naturopath sold me a specific form of magnesium. I have found that this really helps relax my bladder and helps me sleep (this has been my biggest problem - horrible sleep!). I looked it up and it actually for ADHD for kids.
I wanted to buy some more magnesium but am wondering what to get. Some other type of magnesium? I could re-order but thought I would look for other options first. Is it good to have B-6 as part of combo?
