Need to know about water ionizers and if anyone has had any experience – good or bad. My daughter drinks only Evian. She is in constant pain and we want to do anything that we can to help. I have been thinking about a water ionizer. The particular one that I have been told about is the Kangen. From what I have read about this particular brand, the sellers are on a tier-type selling program. It’s also one of the most expensive. Any ideas?

I'm SO sorry she's in so much pain. Just curiously, does her pain get worse if she drinks spring water? I know for some people Evian really helps, but for me it hurts. The only thing I really know about Kangen is the alkalization is adjustable and, you're right, they are VERY expensive. But I think if you can find a representative they will bring water out for you to try for a couple of weeks to see if she likes it and it helps. I hope you can find something to help her. It's one thing for me to hurt, I can't even imagine watching my daughter suffer with this. Please talk with her doctor before spending the money. I do fine with tap water at home (we have a deep well with no chemicals added), but when away from home I drink bottled spring water --- I am a label reader and make sure there are no additives.

Water
I tried drinking alkaline water, but it caused a flare up. As does spring water wlthough all the doctors think I'm nuts. I tend to drink Fiji water which has a good ph. I actually can drink most any kind of water. I'm not sure if ionized is the same as alkaline.Comment
