I am taking it and notice a little bit-I am using the bathroom more (which I actually don't mind)....nothing that bothersome, though. At times I get headaches. I'm feeling like it might be helping.
Does anyone else have this reaction to cystaprotek? I feel like it is causing me to be, well, flatulent. I am getting it from amazon and I honestly can't tell how much it is helping my IC... but I'm willing to keep with it since I know it can take a few months but I'm not excited about this side effect. Anyone found a way to avoid this? I try to take it with meals but sometimes don't.
