has anyone seen a decrease in symptoms using fish oil pills? if so how many mg do yout take? It is said to be a good anti-inflammatory

Diagnosed with IC October 2009- through bladder biopsy (no glomerations or hunners ulcers found, just irritation)

Diag Mild IC Jan 11 but have had symptoms for 25 years. Also have GERD, TMJ, IBS-C, chronic dry eye syndrome, hashimotos thyroiditis, non-allergic rhinitis.

Just be sure to buy only Omega-3 because Omega-6 can promote more inflammation. Cod liver oil is also good.
