  • This isnt really a Supplement..but..Matcha Green Tea

I recently started drinking Matcha Green Tea...(powder form) about 1/4 tsp for a cup of water....does anyone know if this bothers them?

Green tea, like other tea, is an irritant for many, if not most, people with interstitial cystitis. I know it will cause a flare for me.

I love matcha tea!! It has so many wonderful benefits. I'm not sure if it will cause a flare or not but I'm definitely going to try it and find out.
