Does anyone use an IC cook book? if so which one do you use?

I have A Taste of the Good Life. I cook some of the desserts. I haven't checked out the other ones, but I was a litte dissappointed with the # of main dishes in A Taste of the Good Life.
There is another IC chef Daniel Norton. I've checked out his website but I believe you have to pay a small monthly fee to get the majority of the recipes.
Julie thanks for sharing! I didn't know there were any other cookbooks for IC patients out there! I researched it when I was first diagnosed and the one I got was the only one I could find.Comment
