    Super Evening Primrose Oil?

    Allergies are bad right now, so that could be the issue. I tend to flare when outside allergies are bad.

    But I did recently start taking Super Evening Primrose Oil and I am wondering if that is what could be causing some pain.

    Anyone have flares or pain from Evening Primrose Oil?

    I have no problem with Fish Oil.

    I've never taken it, but you might consider stopping it to see if symptoms ease.
