
I started feeling pressure and tightness and pain in June/July of 2006. They tried to pawn it off as just the baby putting pressure on me but I knew better. I hadn't really put on any weight and barely had a stomach! I felt the muscles were constantly spasming (and I was right). I went for GENTLE PT since I was pregnant.
5 months postpardum it is AWFUL...the PFD has gotten worse (sorry to say). I'm trying to find a good PFD therapist.
Anything that puts such a strain on your body I'm sure can cause PFD...and pregnancy is a BIG strain!
