Sorry, no help here (I'm in the NW)
I think there's a place on this site that recommends PT's by area.... *looks around for it* AHA!!

    Full site:

    For Ohio:
    Eastlake
-Troy Zigman, PT, Hands On Physical Therapy of Mentor, LLC. - 34536 Lakeshore Blvd., Eastlake, OH 44095 - Phone: (440) 951-9553, Fax: (440) 951-5916
Interests: Manual physical therapist with emphasis on myofascial release. Practice is focused on spine care, head, neck and TMJ pain. The origin of dysfunction is often related to pelvic torsions. I focus on pelvic correction and stabilization training.

    Mason
-Kathleen Novicki, PT, Sports Therapy, Inc. - 7450 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040 - Phone: (513) 336-0540

    Pickerington
-Cathy Konkler, PT, Rehabilitative Associates, 479 Hill Road North S.R. 256, Pickerington, OH 43147 - Phone: (614) 837-8227 - Interests: pelvic floor dysfunction

    Hope this helps!
    Diagnosed with IC: October 2006

Related diagnoses: PFD, chronic back pain, vulvodynia, IBS, anxiety.

    Treatment:
    Lots of water
    Fiber, when I can remember...
Elmiron (I'm down to 200mg per day)
Kegels (10 sets of 10 second holds per day)
    Yoga and Pilates, each weekly
    Exercise 3x weekly

    Have tried:
PT for PFD and chronic back pain (VERY helpful)
IC diet (I'm not diet-sensitive while on Elmiron)

I should add that my PT was not on this list, so if you don't find somebody it doesn't mean they don't exist
