THANKS!!! I hadn't thought of calling...man, I am dense sometimes. LOL Sometimes I wonder about myself...lol. I will call her today, and see if she can either email them or fax them to me.

Your PT can probably even email the instructions. By all means, make that call.

Yep, definitely give the PT a call & get a new set of instructions.

I hope the PT works out well for you, it's really really helped me!
I can do so much more hiking or exercising at the gym without flaring, my pain level dropped, my constipation reduced (a bonus benefit I wasn't expecting!) & it's great to have positive things I can do to help myself.

    Good luck!

    I agree with Jill,

Just call the PT and say you need copies, or maybe they can fax them if you have a fax.

my pt excercises are very specific for which muscles are my most problematic.

ironically, it's very hard to find PFD exercises on the web because they are often customized to the individual patient. Just call her back or ask if you can go pick up a second set. Happens all the time. Just do it so that you can atleast make a few days effort.

    Pelvic Floor Exercises

My physical therapist gave me some instructions on pelvic floor exercises, and I can't seem to find them. I don't go back till next wed. and I would like to start on them right away. Does anyone know where I can find some instructions on them????? I know it is a strange question, I just really don't want to go back and tell her that I haven't done them this week...again.

I know that I have heard you all say that they help a lot, and man do I have a lot of pelvic floor dysfunction...ugh! I also now have vulvodynia...man it is like a snowball effect isn't it.

Also, I was curious about some of the yoga and balance ball exercises...I really think that would help. Any advise that you all have would be very much appreciated!
Working...
