I have a question for my Mother. She had a bladder lift one year ago and has not been able to fully relieve herself due to the mesh inside getting in the way. As a result, she has had one UTI after another which has made her IC even more unbarable. Her uro told her that she can either cath or that she can possibly retrain her bladder to release urine through physical therapy and I was wondering if anyone has had to retrian the bladder through this process and not just because of a bladder lift, anything will be helpful.
