  • Going anyway...

I'm so disappointed. Since getting off of the pill to try and conceive, my periods are very unpredictable...go figure, I began mine last night, the day before my first PT.

I have to go anyway because they'll try to schedule me for another month if I don't go today and I'm so tired of waiting. I hope that my therapist won't be upset. I just don't know what else to do--I didn't ask for Mother Nature to come today!

If it is your first appt it will most likely be a lot of evaluationa and talking to you about your problems. There are lots of externaly techniques they can use.

Hope you have a good appt!

don't worry, I go when on my period. They just put a pad under you that will absorb everything. Good luck!

        Thanks!

        Thanks, girls.

It went well. I really like my therapist. She did a thorough evaluation and says that I have tense pelvic muscles. So, I have a lot of work to do!

        Blessings!
