  • Cutting Back on my PT!

    Hi everyone!

    I wanted to share some good news! I've been going to PT every week for the past 2 years. My muscles are finally relaxed enough, and staying relaxed that I'm cutting back to every other week! My PT said I could start coming in on a monthly or as needed basis, but I'd rather cut back slowly and do every other week. I'm still having bladder pain, but I'm so happy to know that my muscles are better! i guess I'll concentrate more on the bladder pain medications than the spasm meds. I'm just so happy to know I'm making some progress...it's been a 5 years battle so far.

    Me too! After 6 months of twice a week and then 6 months of once a week, I finally graduated to every other week!!! It's so exciting to feel good isn't it?!

    Diagnosed: 10/16/09

    Elmiron, 100mg 2x per day
    Imipramine, 10 mg per day
    Diazepam 10 mg for sleep
    Zyrtec
    Zovia, birth control (ongoing-no periods)
    Probiotics
    Hydrocodone, 2 pills a day (at any time of day)

      it feels great!! although i've been bad for so long, I almost don't believe it. Glad you were able to cut down as well! at least it means we're making progress.
